On both sides of every hire.

I am Alon Gildoni. For more than a decade I have worked at the meeting point of people and companies: finding talent that others cannot find, and coaching professionals through the moves that define a career.

Most people in this field do one or the other. I do both, deliberately, because each makes the other sharper. Coaching keeps me honest about how candidates really think. Search keeps me honest about how companies really decide.

Why that combination matters to you

When I coach you, you are not getting motivational advice. You are getting the view from the other side of the table: what actually gets a CV read, why good people get passed over, what a hiring manager is really worried about, and how to position yourself so the answer is yes.

When I run a search for your company, you are not getting a keyword match. You are getting someone who has sat with hundreds of professionals, understands what moves them, and can have the honest conversation that turns a strong passive candidate into your next hire.

Europe, up close

TechExpats began as the Israeli tech network in the Netherlands and grew into one of Europe's most connected professional communities. That network is real, and it is international: people building careers and companies across the continent, not in one city or one nationality.

I work in English, Dutch, and Hebrew, and I spend my days translating between working cultures: Israeli directness, Dutch consensus, the wider European code. For anyone moving into or across Europe, that fluency is often the difference between a stalled search and a great one.

How I work

I take on a small number of people and companies at a time. Every engagement starts with an honest conversation about what success really looks like, and I will tell you early if I am not the right person to help. The work is personal, direct, and built to last past the first decision.

Let's talk

If you are planning your next move, or your next hire, I would like to hear about it. The first conversation is free and there is no pitch.
